2021 Review of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012

This submission was made to the Office for Women (PM&C) in response to the consultation on Review of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012.

Summary of recommendations:

1. Ensure that data collection practice follow the 2020 ABS standard  for Sex, Gender, Variations of Sex Characteristics and Sexual Orientation Variables
2. Ensure that data is collected on race, ethnicity, nationality, and migration status.
3. Ensure that data is collected on disability.
